Please help us congratulate Jena Reynolds as she graduated out of our New Talent Program! She has completed 6 months full of weekly classes and working closely with upper level stylists in the salon. She has worked hard on perfecting her craft and business knowledge. Moving on from this program, she will continue to attend classes in and out of the salon and discover their specialties. Today we’d like to introduce you to Leigh Ann Gibson – Flora Salon and Spa....
Hi Leigh, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
It all started when I was about 8 years old. I am not sure if it was the awful haircut, I received from a loving parent…ahem mom… or the fact that I would cut, color, and style my doll’s hair. This turned into a passion quickly as I became close to my hair stylist, a family friend, and previous owner of my salon.....
INTRODUCING- NEW TALENT PROGRAM

We are so excited to roll out a New Talent Program at Flora Salon + Spa! This program is made for newly hired hair stylists who will go through our in house training program. This program consists of weekly classes and upper level stylist check-ins during the service. While these stylists are perfecting heir craft, guests who book with these stylists will receive 20% off their service.
