CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have to cancel within 24 of your service time, there will be a fee. Please refer to our policy on our services page for more info.
CHILDREN'S POLICY
Can I bring my child with me?
Yes, if your child is getting a service done or has an adult to watch them while your service is getting done. Our salon can become a dangerous place quickly as there are a lot of dangerous tools and chemicals.
​​HOW LONG DOES PERMANENT MAKEUP LAST?
Permanent Makeup will last for many years with the proper care. However, we do recommend getting it touched up yearly, or every two years!
HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

HOW LONG DOES HAIR COLOR TAKE?
A hair color service can range from 90 minutes and up. Timing depends on which service is booked. For example a color retouch can be 90 minutes and something more involved, like a corrective session, can be up to 4 hours. WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE A TATTOO APPOINTMENT?
Avoid aspirin, fish oil, niacin, vitamin E, ibuprofen, or blood thinner 72 hours before my procedure.
No caffeine or alcohol 24 hours prior to service.
No sun bathing or tanning for 30 days prior to my procedure.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Can I get a refund if I am dissatisfied?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you are using on your hair at home. We politely decline returns but will happily exchange your product for you. We are confident in the lines we carry and will make sure we find the right fit for you.Any hot tools purchased cannot be returned to our store. They have a warranty with the brand and can be returned or replaced through their company should anything happen within the first year after purchase.We guarantee our work and want you to leave feeling amazing and confident! If you are unhappy with your service, please reach out to your service provider. We are happy to make adjustments and want you to love the service you received at our salon, however we do not offer refunds after the service is complete.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET A MANICURE?
For general upkeep to keep your nails in the best shape, we recommend coming in for a manicure every 4 to 6 weeks. For Acrylics, gel X or structured manicure upkeep we recommend every 2 to 3 weeks.
